Layered Brownie Bars

1/2 C. margarine.
3/4 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat well until fluffy.

Add:
3/4 C. flour
2 T. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes in greased 9x13 pan.

Remove from oven and cover evenly with 2 cups mini marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Let cool.

Melt the following:
1- 6 oz. bag of chocolate chips
1 C. peanut butter

Stir in 1 1/2 C. Rice Krispies and spread over marshmallows.
